How to export promotions from one database to the order

My client is on WC BE 5.6.1. They have two WC databases(for the same application) with the same catalogs. Is there a way to export promotions from one database to import into another.

Any one has the tried the above?

Take a look at ExporStatistic.sh - it does export a single table into XML file - and has corresponded command to ImportStatistic. I am not sure that it will work for your case - but in worse case scenario you might transform that XML into suitable format for Loader with some simple XSL.
