We just started having a problem with the Extended Sites (Hub) Store creation process.

We are trying to add a number of new stores to the Extended Sites Hub but when we click 'New' on the View Stores page, it takes 5-10 minutes for the first page to be generated. It just sits at the progress bar with 'please wait' and then we eventually get the Page where you enter your store information (and pick currency and Organization).

Nothing has changed with our store, and we only have about 10-15 organizations (which has not changed).

We have loaded more users (about 30k users add) but since then I have done a RUNSTATS, REORGCHK and REORG on the tables and indexes that needed updating.

We aren't getting any errors in the SystemOut or SystemErr, in fact no messages at all while it's in the 'please wait...' state.

We also have a test server running the same version of Commerce (5.6.1 Business Edition fix pack 2 on Windows) and it does not have this problem.

Has anyone seen this or have any idea what we should check? I have not enabled tracing yet, since I'm not exactly sure what to trace.

I would trace

com.ibm.websphere.commerce.WC_STOREOPERATIONS

and try again, that should hopefully shed some light.
