Store Flow and Apply Permanently

Like described in the Infocenter(http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/wchelp/v5r6/topic/com.ibm.commerce.user.doc/tasks/tstcfstr.htm?resultof=%22%61%70%70%6c%79%22%20%22%70%65%72%6d%61%6e%65%6e%74%6c%79%22%20) after click the Button "Apply Permanently" you will not be able to reverse this choice.
Is there really no possibility to reverce this setting?

What, no backups? :-)

Try extracting the appropriate starter store SAR's web folders and
overwrite the updated JSPs.
