Creating an Organization using WebSphere Commerce - Organization Admin Console

I have installed WebSphere Commerce 5.6.1 Express version and created a B2B store (furniture).

At this point, I am trying to create Business Accounts and first step is to create an Organization.

I logged into Organization Admin Console and CANNOT find the option to create an Organization. According to the InfoCenter, I should be able to create an Organization.

Am I missing something here ? Any help would be appreciated.

The B2B sample store in express is not 'real' b2b, the b2b features such as business accounts are only available in business edition I believe...

WC v5.6 Express does not support administration of organizations via Org
Admin Console, although you could likely have success with direct SQL to
the underlying tables. The Express version only supports storefronts
that run under the bootstrap organizations (B2C Organization, B2B
Organization) installed by default.
