OrderCalculate command's poor perforrmance

We are WC 5.6.1.2. We have a situation where with high number of "product level" active promotionss, "OrderCalculate" command execution time is around 4 seconds for a small cart(5 to 10 items).

In our case, we do not have any custom logic for promotion engine, it is just out of the box.

Could any one share your statistics in terms of this particular command's execution time.

I believe if your on 5.6.1.2, then you should already have the performance
fixes for promotion engine, but I would open up a PMR anyway. That area is
known to be slow with a large number of active promotions due to the
architecture. You may have to reduce active promotions or write your own
custom promotion calculation implementation to handle the higher number of
promotions calculated.
