WCS 6: accelerator, orgadmin etc don't start

I have a WebSphere Commerce Server 6 with the latest fixpack.
everything runs i basic auth mode. I created an instance after
install, but can't access the administrative modules.
The only thing working is an admin console on port 9061

What do i do wrong ?

Oh yes .. by administration modules i mean commerce accelerator,
organization administration, and site administration. IHS Admin on
port 8008 is also not responding..

So .. I had to FIRST create an Application server profile, then the
standard admin console appeared at port 9060. When I try to access
orgadminconsole on port 8004 internet explorer shows me a warning box
saying
Title:"choose a digital certificate"
Identification:"The website you want to use requests identification"
and then an empty listbox (probably where some certificates are
supposed to appear)
Clicking OK sends me to an IE error page saying:

There is a problem with this website's security certificate.


The security certificate presented by this website was not issued by
a trusted certificate authority.
The security certificate presented by this website was issued for a
different website's address.

Security certificate problems may indicate an attempt to fool you or
intercept any data you send to the server.

Is there any guide explaining the certificate set-up procedure for WCS
6.0 ?

I found a workaround. Since I'm dealing with a staging server, i
downgraded the security to Basic authentication (with configuration
magager tool) and now i can access all tools.
