Hello.

Is it possible? Run WebSphere Commerce Developer with Rational
Software Architect (RSA) instead of Rational Application Developer?

I wonder why it says that I must have RAD installed, if I have a
superior product (RSA).

I'm really getting problems with RAD install.

Any ideas?

Would appreciate any help.
Regards.

Install RSA with appropiate fixes (I get all the latest using the
Product Updater). Then install the WC toolkit.

If during installation the "RAD not found" error message was
displayed, a quick workaround will be needed to complete the Developer
Edition configuration:
1. Locate the WCDE_installdir/bin
2. Edit the setenv.bat file and locate the RAD_HOME variable.
Set this to be your RSA installation directory and save the file.
3. Run setup.bat from the bin directory. Wait for set up to be
completed - this can take up to 40 minutes.
4. Verify that there are no errors in the setup.log file.
5. Use the development environment as usual.
