I faced some problem in server.I re-installed everything.

Below are the steps which I followed

- Installed RAD.
- Included all the fix packs. All are updated successfully.
- Installed Commerce Developer Toolkit.Installed to D:/IBM/WCToolkitEE60.
- The Toolkit folder got created. But I dont see the 'wasprofile' folder under that.
- When I start the local test server , it's telling the server is started.
- When I open the Project Explorer,I dont see any of the files inside each folder.

Sounds to me like the setup.bat script wasn't run by the installer. The
most common reason for this is that the installer didn't locate the
minimum levels of software on your system. You can verify that the
setup didn't run by looking through the <WCDE_installdir>/logs/setup.log
file (if it exists).

If the file is empty (or doesn't exist) you'll need to verify that you
have the minimum software levels installed (which it sounds like you
do). If not you'll have to first upgrade. Once the software is at the
right levels you can run the setup manually.

To do so edit the <WCDE_installdir>/bin/setenv.bat file and verify the
value of the RAD_HOME variable. Once the value is set properly, just
run the setup.bat and wait for it to complete. Once done verify the
contents of the setup.log and makes sure that completes successfully.
You should then have the toolkit configured.

The publishApplication task can fail for a number of reasons, such as a
local firewall program blocking connections. Usually this situation is
easily recoverable. Try the following:

- Start the toolkit. All projects should be configured.
- Start the WAS test server. Verify that the server started properly.
- Add the WC application to the test server using the 'Add/remove
projects' dialog.
- Verify that the WC application starts properly now.

You must be aware that to install WebSphere Commerce Developer with
success, the WebSphere Application Server Test Environment must be at
least at 6.0.2.5 and not above 6.0.2.9 (the last FixPacks 11,23,15 won't
let Commerce Developer install correctly)

Hope this help

It is true that the installer will incorrectly claim your WAS test
server does not meet the minimum requirements if you have something
above 6.0.2.9 installed. There is, however, a way around this problem.
Please refer to the following for three different solutions:
