While updating WebSphereCommerceServerExtensionsLogic.jar and
WebSphereCommerceServerExtensionsData.jar using the ws admin console
and the single file and single module options respectively, what is
the value we need to enter in the field "Relative path to file" or
module?

just enter:
WebSphereCommerceServerExtensionsLogic.jar
and
WebSphereCommerceServerExtensionsData.jar

For other single file deployment, make sure you specify the path and
the filename!
