eSpot Problems

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone had an issue where the emarketingspots don't find any active
promotions even though there are promotions running. We have this
problem every once in a while and have to restart the server to fix it.
We are running 5.6.1.2 on iSeries. We use full page caching with
the espots cached as fragements set to refresh every hour. No errors
are thrown in the logs when this occurs. I just turned on tracing for
marketing so we'll see if that tells us anything. Any help on this
would be great.

We have the same problem. What I have found is by deleting the temp folders under WAS in most cases ensures the e-spots to show up. However, even though I can't prove this, I have had to stop the database and start it to finally let them show up. Did you find out anything else?
