Class "com.ibm.commerce.webservices.OpenWebServiceHandlerImpl"

I am at Commerce V6 GA level. The package "com.ibm.commerce.webservices" does not have this class "com.ibm.commerce.webservices.OpenWebServiceHandlerImpl", mentioned in the below tutorial,

May be the tutorial is not upto date? Any idea?
