APAR IY84081 for WC 5.6.1 and fixpack 5.6.1.2

We are at WC 5.6.1 level. We plan to apply this APAR IY84081 to improve the promotion engine's performance.

Do any one know whether this APAR is part of WC Fixpack 5.6.1.2?
